Returns & Exchanges

At EHPlabs, we want you to feel as confident in your fit as you do in your performance. If your apparel isn't perfectly suited for your training, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all hangtags still attached to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
